La Raclette à l’Ail des Ours est une pâte pressée au lait cru de vache aromatisée à l’ail des ours! L’ail des ours est appelé l’ail sauvage. Cette plante est très parfumée et douce. Elle est plus délicate et moins piquante que l’ail conventionnel mais qui s’en rapproche tout de même !
