Le Fontu du Queyras est une pâte pressée cuite à croûte lavée avec du lait de vache. Son affinage dure au moins 3 mois. Nous pouvons le différencié entre l’été et l’hiver grâce à la saisonnalité agricole. Les vaches sont en alpage l’été ce qui découle sur un fromage plus savoureux, plus riche, plus onctueuse. Cette recette est fabriquée, seulement par La Fromagerie de la Durance, à Guillestre, Hautes-Alpes. Conditionné par 300g.
